HPOB The first course will be your choice of fresh gazpacho soup or a salad with spinach, watercress & arugula with strawberries and avocado with our pecan macadamia vinaigrette! Choice of one entree' from the following: 1. Quinoa Vegetable Paella (it has a quinoa base with tomato, peppers, kidney beans, zucchini, peas & artichokes) 2. Eggplant & Lentil Lasagna (the eggplant replaces the noodles and the cheese will be soy not real) 3. Roasted oyster mushrooms over rice flour pasta with roasted vegetable red sauce 4.For those who prefer to stay raw, you may choose the soup and the chef is offering an entree portion of the salad.
Dessert: Sweet Polenta Pudding (made with tofu & soy milk)
Coffee, tea or soda will be included.
Any alcohol, gratuity, and tax are extra.
Price per person would be $18. You will be paying the restaurant directly so credit cards will be accepted as will cash.
